Paneer tacos are my favorite way to eat paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese). These masala paneer tacos are so easy to make and the combination of having naan as taco, drizzled with yogurt cilantro sauce makes a perfect combination. The yogurt cilantro sauce gives it a perfect spicy and tangy bite. The recipe is as below.
Ingredients
6 naan (small size makes perfect size for tacos)- I got mine readymade at Costco
2 cups paneer cube size
1 large onion or 1 cup onion sliced thinly
1 bell pepper sliced thinly
2 tbsp oil
To marinate paneer cubes
1 cup hung curd, Greek yogurt
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp salt according to taste
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions
Marinate paneer cubes with all the marinating ingredients, mix well and let it rest for minimum 1 hour in the fridge. You can marinate in the morning and cook it for dinner later.
Once the paneer is well marinated, pour oil into a large pan.
Add onions, bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.
Now add marinated paneer and mix well.
Sauté until the onion gets pinkish in color or well cooked.
Once all the ingredients are cooked well, turn off the stove and let the taco mix rest.
Cook readymade naan on a skillet or directly on the flame as your preference.

How To make the Paneer Vegetable Taco Stuffing in the Air Fryer or Oven?
Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetable mixture in a single layer on the airfryer grill or the baking sheet. Choose 350 F temperature for 12-15 minutes depending on the type of oven. Make sure to toss the mixture mid way through for even air frying or baking.
